How to Order

You can browse our products on Tara88.ca. Click on Add to cart button to add products to your shopping cart.

You can click on   ‘My Cart’ button at any time to see the products in your shopping and add/remove new products.

When you are finished with your product selection, click on ‘Check out’ and you will be taken to a checkout page where you will enter your shipping details and delivery details and enter your credit card information.

If successful, you will be emailed an invoice for your purchase and your order will be in placed shipping queue.

You can browse for products by category, alphabet, or description. You can enter a related keyword in the search box at any time.

Payment Options

Tara88 Vitamins & Health Products accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal as method of payment.

Currency

All Currency in Tara88.ca is either in Canadian dollars or US dollars depending on the customer’s choice but payment will be processed in Canadian dollars. US dollars will be converted to Canadian dollars during checkout.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on location, inventory, and postal services.  We do our best to deliver products to you as soon as possible. 

U.S. & Canadian customers will be given a quote for the shipping cost during the checkout, however, customers outside US & Canada have to contact us by email at sales@tara88.ca for a shipping quote with your address and order details.

Once a quote is created, the customer will be contacted by email with a special link that will allow the checkout to proceed.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Every effort is made to ensure you receive your order in good condition and in a timely fashion. Tara88 understands that in rare cases customers may receive damaged or defective products, or may have another reason for the return. Please contact us immediately within 48 Hours of receiving your shipment and we will be happy to issue you a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee in the form of an in store credit on all unopened products once we receive the product back from you.

We cannot accept returns on opened or used products. We must be notified of all returns prior to shipping them back to Tara88.

All returns must be received back to us within 30 calendar days.

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.

All International sales are final. Tara88 Vitamins and Health Supplements is not responsible for additional duties, customs tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped outside of Canada.

Tara88 cannot be held accountable for orders that are undeliverable or delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered.

Packages returned to Tara88 as unclaimed at local postal outlet, refused by addressee or Customs, or packages returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Tara88 cannot be held responsible for damage to goods during return shipping. Please ensure that all returns are properly packaged and insured.

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are only applicable to orders shipped to Canadian addresses. This is the shipping table for Canadian customers.

Shipping to US and International addresses are tax exempt.
